Rio Bravo Brewing Company

We stopped by Rio Bravo Brewery on a Sunday while traveling to another destination, and it turned out to be a delightful experience. Though the streets were quiet, the restaurant had a nice, lively crowd. I ordered the fish n’ chips, and let me tell you it was the bomb! The flavor was completely unexpected, with the fish tasting incredibly fresh and the fries perfectly crispy. Every bite was a treat, and I can confidently say it’s a dish I’d highly recommend to anyone. The service was just as outstanding. Our servers, Trish and Mak, were attentive and ensured we had everything we needed. One of the managers, David, even stopped by to check on us, making sure we were comfortable. He mentioned the fish n’ chips was his favorite dish, and after tasting it, I can see why! If you’re in the area, Rio Bravo Brewery is definitely worth a visit. The food, service, and warm atmosphere make it a must-try.
