Stopped by while visiting Glenwood Springs, was craving Mexican food but not too many places are open for dining after the stay-at-home orders. They were, upon entering Alejandra, greeted us by asking if we spoke English or Spanish, replied either one and from there it was a delightful experience. Place was clean, it was later in the evening so there were not too many patrons. I ordered the Garnachas veracruzanas which I've never had or even heard of. It was like six small corn tortillas dipped in red chile sauce with steak, red cabbage and sliced boiled eggs. It was too die for. I wish i could post a picture because the presentation was on point. The flavors were even more impressive. Definitely worth returning. Wall ornaments and decorations made the place feel like home
