We missed booking the tour online but they open at 8am each day and you can register in person for the tours.
Our guide was great and walked us through the building explaining various facts about the architecture and use of the building.
One of the few things that’s free in Vienna and was really good so definitely worth visiting.
There’s a nice viewing gallery on the third floor and canteen which looked good.

The architecture is impressive, taking lots of inspiration from Greek culture. Everything in the visitors center is modern and bright, and the hallways and rooms of the Parliament are full of historic furniture and walls.
Definitely worth paying a visit while you find yourself in Vienna as you're not gonna regret the time spent here.
