Panda Express

I’m so upset. I just drove home, got inside and sat down to eat my food only to be completely disappointed and upset. I ordered sesame chicken bowl with half and half side rice and cho mein and they gave me orange chicken and rice. And in the plate size. The restaurant is already closed snd now I have to make something else for dinner at this late hour exhausted from work bc I hate the orange chicken. Such a simple oversight that could have been avoided by paying attention to detail. It wasn’t even busy and it was drive thru. There’s only one lane to follow the order number rotation, easy enough you would think. I don’t ever post reviews, especially bad ones… but I’m on another level of Hangry and upset lol

I'm very happy with the food I get here, especially the Panda Express off of Harmony and Mason St. The food is very tasty, plus incredibly consistent...which is the reason I drive across town to eat here. Their Mushroom Chicken is soooo f'n good, I always get a double order. While I'm really into making chinese food at home, no matter what I try, what videos I watch, it doesn't even remotely compare to what I get at this location. Oh, and their customer service is top notch too, and their prices are very fair. On top of that, they don't swing the payment screen around to you for a tip. All in all, it's a great customer experience, which is the reason I usually eat here every week. Dang, just even writing this review makes me want to go back pronto! Thanks to all at this location! I appreciate you all.
