International menu with lovely and yummiest Indian infusion! My Indore companion and I tried their Wednesday special: 6 pcs chicken, wings, strips and drumsticks. The whole was soooo satisfying! Today's choice from their huge menu reminds me of KFC in Trinidad and Tobago West Indies. I wish they had some reyal spicy dhaniya and pepper sauce like we do back home in Sweet T&T! Trini Quote: Better belly buss, than good food waste, really fits to this choice ! Beautiful ambience (more seating upstairs), decent and well crowded location inside a mall, still the waiting time was less than 5 mins. Hot food, with awesome great professional staff especially Deepa and Sudha were impeccable! Thank you so much for your service. "I'm a big fan of the KFC Rice Bowl, but unfortunately, my last three orders have been consistently disappointing. Even after requesting extra gravy, including a phone call this time, the amount provided was barely noticeable. I enjoy my Rice Bowl with enough gravy to properly flavor and moisten the rice and other ingredients. While I appreciate the convenience of this meal, it's simply not enjoyable without sufficient gravy. I hope this feedback helps improve the preparation of this dish in the future
I sometimes go here as my office is nearby, and every time I have found the behaviour of the person at the counter a bit rude with the customers. Also, it is mentioned that you will get your order in under 7 minutes. But they will take around 15+ minutes even for a small order. Plus they serve cold burgers, as if they were prepared earlier. If you inform the lady at the counter about any of this (politely), they will still respond rudely. Quality of the food and the service, both are very bad and need to be improved drastically.

Ultra slow service , unresponsive staff , store lacks well trained staff ,a lot of tables on upper floor had their plates kept over , cleaning process is slow , so is the order deliver for dine in customers . management need to get strict over its employees. Washbasin is on the upper floor and is common plus you will see remains of food in the sink , showing how slow is the cleaning staff. The only thing that is saving this store is the addictive taste of KFC , which has nothing to do with the staff !! We hope things go in right direction . Would love to visit again.
