⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lindsey (manager) made our shopping experience exceptional! We had a price mix-up while shopping for clothes, and she handled it so smoothly, honoring the discount in our favor without any hassle. Her super friendly and accommodating attitude really stood out. She was also incredibly respectful to her staff, which we appreciated. Lindsey’s professionalism and kindness made us feel welcome, and she’s a huge asset to the store. We’ll definitely be back because of how great it was interacting with her!

Old Navy is an excellent store to go shopping for clothes and accessories. Their clothes are always laid out very nice and very neatly so you can get what you want and get out. I find that they have a different array of outfits for boys, men girls, and ladies. Their clothing is unique, and the quality is very good too. I find that in the past when I have bought clothes from them, they have lasted. The store is very clean and the staff was very friendly. Also, I would definitely go back to the store and shop.

Old navy is always a hit or a miss for what you are going to find but this location is always clean. The staff are nice and helpful.

Me and my friend went to this store and brought a pair of pants and a shirt. Everything went well before we checked out. The store has a special offer for teachers which saw it in the fitting room area. When we checked-out, the cashier asked if I have a “actual ID” Card which indicates that I’m a teacher. I told the cashier that I don’t have an “actual ID” but I’m a teacher and work in a childcare, and I can show her my RECE card in my phone. The cashier doesn’t care because it’s not an “actual ID” so I can’t have that offer which is ok because I don’t have a physical card… After we checked-out, we found out that one of our shirt costs $29.9 but the price on the sign is $12. We walked back and the cashier said that she will come with me and double check the price after she done with next customer. So I just wait and wait and wait after 15 mins…. She still not willing to help or doing anything just watch me stand in there. Then I walked back to her, she said,” the price is 29.9 and if you want return you have to go line up.” (R u Kidding me?) There was another staff passed by and I asked if she can come help. She came with me and I showed her the “$12” sign. She said that they put the wrong sign there and redound $20 to us. Terrible service, on any apologize…. Worst experience ever!

Devin, the cashier, absolutely made my day with his customer service! it was just a brief interaction but he was so kind, creative, and genuine in his care for me as a customer! amazing personality!!!
