The Leela Palace Udaipur : Udaipur's Only Modern Palace Hotel By Lake Pichola

We went for dinner at Leela and no suprise that service was excellent. Udaipur is all about hospitality. Now going to any property outside Udaipur our benchmark is too high. Thanks to the whole f&b staff at Leela... specially Sangeeta. Also thanks a lot to Mr. Krishna..your team is doing a tremendous job.

We had dinner in a restaurant with a beautiful view. But the food turned out to be not tasty, surprisingly😥 The price tag is high and does not correspond to the quality of the food at all, and the waiters are inattentive and arrogant. This was our experience and we do not plan to return there again

Missed saying thankyou to our stewardess on November 11,2024 for the dinner. She reminded us ( very impolitely) after we sat down and ordered that there were cover charges of 3500 per person . While she made it embarrassing for me in front of my guests, I didn’t quite really appreciate her tone and manner to do so. While making the reservation, I was very well informed about the same , and well that’s wasn’t an issue for sure . I appreciate her concern , may be next time reconfirm before everyone sits down for the meal and may be consider asking it more personally.

I was there for a wedding event the DM of FO was very rude and the gate man named shanti Lal denied me to help with luggage along with that on asking if he is helping or not he told me jisko bolna hai bol do m nhi lekr jauga this doesn’t reflects a very good image of Leela brand
