The kids love this place when visiting family, and we love the chance to have a coffee in relative peace!
We have discovered today that if you book online you save £2 per person, so that's worth remembering. We found the staff at the desk to be not entirely helpful, as they assume you know what to do rather than talk you through the process (eg having the briefing, last time we were told we had to have it each time, but this time we waited 20 minutes in the briefing room and noone turned up!).
Activity staff are great, the venue is clean and bright and there is loads to do for the kids.
As for spectators, you have to pay £3 just to watch, but this is offset with free drinks for the same price. One voucher gets you two drinks, so I think this is very reasonable.
Ask in all a great venue and, considering what they could charge for such a place, it's not too painful on the wallet... Even if it is just for an hour!
Some reviews say the place isn't big enough and there are too many kids. Well, that will be true in school holidays around midday. Come at 9am like we do, you have the whole place to yourself!!!
