Unequivocally, this is the best hotel my wife and I have ever stayed in. It’s a great location and close to everything. The interior is just beautiful and our room was excellent. The breakfast buffet had everything you needed for a healthy breakfast. But the best part of our stay was our interaction with the staff. They are incredibly professional, knowledgeable and super friendly. Everyone was great, especially Nadine Ezzat of guest relations. She was a breath of fresh air and a gem of an employee. This was our second stay at this hotel and both times were exceptional.
My favorite place to stay when I’m in Florence. Tucked away on via porta rossa right off via dei tornabuoni. Rooms can get steep depending on the season but you can get lucky and get a fantastic room. Each room is unique. All of the rooms I’ve had are stunning. Even the smaller rooms offer unique memorable views.
My husband and I recently stayed at the NH Collection Porta Rossa and we had the absolute best experience and stay. We stayed at two other 5 star hotels during our 2 week visit in Italy and this property was by far the best. We will definitely stay here again. From the moment we booked our stay until the moment we left the staff took amazing care of us. The entire staff was exceptional and Vladimir specifically answered all of our many questions and helped us with our many requests. Vladimir made our stay truly special and we cannot wait to stay here again during our next Italian vacation. The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast is exceptional and the staff is very helpful and kind. It is in a great location and you can walk to everything. We loved our room and it had every amenity we wanted. Everything was clean and comfortable. We felt so comfortable during our stay. Thank you so much and please do not change anything, everything was perfect!!!

This beautiful hotel in the city of florence has an excellent service. Their rooms and common areas are very clean. I spent 3 days with my family and we will come back again to have a nice time. We enjoyed our stay.

What a beautiful hotel. The breakfast was amazing. It was in such a convenient spot right in the middle within walking distance to everything. They were also so very friendly and helpful with turn down service every night. We felt like royalty staying here. Also, they all speak and are happy to communicate in English.
