I believe I got the basil roots and a plum sour. Both were gin based and both were amazing! The basil roots was a very pleasant tart flavor and the sour was spectacularly smooth, sweet, and also tart. It's rare I find a spur this well made. Thank you!
Gorgeous wee gin bar! My friend and I loved our drinks. The portion was excellent! Neither of us could really taste the gin but on the whole lovely drinks.
We tried their Imagination Wakame Seaweed with Imperial Grapefruit Soda, Lime, Salt, Seaweed and their Southward Smoked Rosemary with Bootleggers Ginger Beer, Rosemary Sprig, Lime.
Both were good! I’d probably come back for certain occasions! Lovely service!

I love the atmosphere here. Relaxed and comfortable. The cocktail specials are always fun to try and have always impressed.
