Bitty & Beau's Coffee

Stumbled upon Bitty & Beau’s. We’re from Fort Worth. The atmosphere is great and the staff are equally wonderful. Mark took the time to explain the concept and their mission. It’s wonderful that this inclusive concept exists to provide opportunities. However, also to broaden exposure & create awareness in those outside of this community. Please come support them. ❤️

Great service! Nice coffee and breakfast options! Fun experience! They also have a free conference room that people can use. Plenty of sitting space to sit and chat or get work done. Highly recommend!

I loved this little coffee shop for the simple fact of their willingness to hire individuals that are unique in that they are challenged by society, and labeled to be disabled. They are just different, and that's okay! The coffee and cinnamon roll was delicious and that's all that matters.

Atmosphere: I really enjoyed seeing the exterior industrial look of the building,but it did not prepare me for the interior atmosphere of the establishment. Each one of the staff was so friendly, respectful, and helpful. They all went above and beyond to welcome me into the establishment and offered assistance promptly. Seeing all the inclusitivity all around the establishment with the murals/merch/media, it was truly a sight to behold. Service: As mentioned before, multiple staff members were helpful and genuinely respectful to not only me but to other patrons as well. When I had a question about a merchandise, they tried there best to get me an answer but when they had an issue trying to ring it up, they politely asked the manager to see why it wasn't pulling up and wanted to see why it wasn't. The manager let them know they weren't in the wrong and could see why it was hard to find the price on the kiosk, she was extremely helpful to them but also they had so much respect for her as well. Quality: I ordered a latte with the toasted marshmallow flavor, and it complimented the latte. Filis Fave: I tend to offer an item off the menu that i recommend to readers, but I feel this establishment as a whole is a place everyone should visit. The whole idea of inclusitivity radiates in the building and overall such a nice ambiance throughout.

If you’ve never been to Bitty and Beaus, you’re in for the best coffee shop experience around! I’m an occupational therapist from Central Arkansas, and one of my greatest passions is supporting organizations that provide opportunities for young adults of all abilities to thrive in employment and life. Bitty and Beaus is the best example of this I’ve ever seen! From its inclusive mission, to the wonderful service and coffee, to the universal design of the shop - everything about it is amazing. I’ve been wanting to visit for years, and I’m so glad I finally made my way to the Waco location. Every city needs place like this! ❤️
