Chick-fil-A

I love Chick-Fil-A because it's the best fast food restaurant ever. The chicken noodle soup is delicious especially on cold days. I'm happy that I found a Chick-fil-A in Fort Worth, TX when I visited it last week because it was very cold that week and the chicken noodle soup was just what I needed to warm me up those days. Also, The restaurant was very clean and the workers were very nice and polite.

After Friday prayers, we were really in the mood for some chicken and decided to head to the Indian restaurant nearby for some chicken biryani. To our surprise, the restaurant was already closed by 2 pm, which was quite strange. We ended up at Chick-Fil-A, right across the street. We ordered a grilled chicken sandwich meal combo and some nuggets, but the nuggets were so tiny, and the taste of both items was just average.

Honestly the service is horrible and the people are rude, not chick-fil-a friendly and very disorganized. i work at a chick-fil-a and this is giving rude and unprofessional. a mess and the people working are rude.

CFA #01404: I was lied to about the key lime lemonade promotion. I called the store ahead of time and they confirmed yes. And once more in the drive through but I was charged for a difference price when I pulled up to the window to pay for it. Most CFA stores have decent customer service BUT this one. BEWARE THAT THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOUR MEAL since most people don’t pay attention. The cashier was acting high and unaware of the promotion or what was talking about. The lady manager was just looking at me and I’m sure it was her that lied to me over the phone and took my order in drive through. CFA is SO overrated. I was told key lime lemonade was good but this store customer service ruined the drink. It was just a few dollars but it ruined the principals. So CFA stores close on Sunday to reflect religious belief. Maybe they need to close more days to have more time to reflect what they actually preach and believe in.

Went to this location on Saturday 12/14/24 placed my order went to pay and discovered the chip had fallen out of my debit card.. I tried swiping and it would not work.. The girl at counter KJ wax so sweet and called her manager Alyssa over I was beyond embarrassed.. I apologized and Alyssa said no problem order is on us today.. Exceptional customer service as I would have gladly left and come back.. Thank you so much!! More people are needed like these two ladies
