Ftelos Brewery Santorini - MALT Restaurant

We started with a beer and food pairing (25€). The beers were wonderful and unique. The beer-wine, rosemary beer, and tomato beer were all so different from anything we’ve tried. The rosemary was my favorite and the double IPA was my partner’s favorite. Food was also incredible! The beetroot salad was to die for! And the pinza ftelos (prosciutto and mango) was super yummy. Highly recommend this place!

The outdoor seating area offered stunning views of the surrounding landscape, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a drink. As for the beers, they were nothing short of exceptional. Each brew had its own unique character and flavor profile, showcasing the craftsmanship and passion that goes into every batch. From refreshing lagers to bold ales, there was something to satisfy every palate. I particularly enjoyed the Ftelos IPA, which had a perfect balance of hoppy bitterness and citrusy notes. In addition to the great beer, the food menu was equally impressive. The dishes were delicious and beautifully presented, perfectly complementing the brewery’s offerings. Whether you're a beer enthusiast or just looking for a great place to unwind, Ftelos Brewery is a must-visit when in Santorini. The combination of excellent service, fantastic brews, and a beautiful setting makes it a top-notch destination. Highly recommended!
