Coffee is great, food is good, one of the baristas is super randomly bitchy?! Or at least, she was to me!
Update/response: I changed the language on my review because I recently left another bad review (as you can see, not all my reviews were bad). I looked at both reviews together and decided that I'd used 'hostile' twice - once in both reviews - and because they were next to each other, I would try to find another word for one of them because otherwise it looks as though I think all staff are hostile. And trust me, I don't! So I used the next most accurate description.
I have had an excellent experience at C&S every other time I'd been in there, but this was bizarre and yes - it REALLY happened. I have no idea what a 'revenge review' is?! Because I had a bad coffee? I've never had a bad coffee there. I would give details as to what exactly happened, but for blindingly obvious reasons I don't want to be identified.
I have only made a few bad reviews, most of mine are good, and it's just plain bonkers that managers can't handle the fact sometimes their staff are rude, and we're going to complain about it. Come on, guys, do better.
Further update: also, it was a 3 star review - why is that so bad?! That is a rhetorical question btw.
