Lobby Lounge

I'd like to thank the excellent staff of the lobby lounge for making the Afternoon Tea an exceptional experience. My mother-in-law visited Abu Dhabi in April and we attended the Hepburn Afternoon Tea. I had indicated on my booking that it was a special occasion as it was her first time visiting in Abu Dhabi. The team when above and beyond to ensure the afternoon was a special experience. The "Welcome to Abu Dhabi" chocolate, placed in her tea box, and a "Welcome to Abu Dhabi" cappuccino, hand-delivered by the ENTIRE team who came to welcome her, made the experience absolutely superb! Highly recommend this absolutely stunning high tea experience! ps. My recommendation is to have the tea in the lobby and then head up to the Observation Deck afterwards. I have done tea in the OD before and while it was an amazing view, I found the tourists disruptive to having afternoon tea. The lobby is just exceptional, and the views in the OD can be admired afterwards.

As a resident of the Etihad Towers, I visited the Lobby Lounge and was delighted to receive a 25% discount. The ambiance is fantastic, and the view is quite impressive. While the service could have been a bit faster, overall, it’s a great lounge. Thank you, Lobby Lounge, for an amazing experience!
