Paradise Beach Resort in Mykonos offers a mix of positive and negative experiences. Guests praise the beautiful beaches, fun beach bar/club, spacious rooms, and friendly staff. However, some reviewers mention issues with cleanliness, rude receptionists, unprofessional behavior from staff members including physical altercations among them. Despite its vibrant atmosphere and great location near the beach and nightlife spots, there are concerns about safety, cleanliness standards, and customer service at this resort.
It is indeed a WOW Stay. We found exemplary hospitality, comfortable rooms, a nice bar with music and a wonderful beach. We enjoyed every moment!
The location was good and the free transportation offered was very helpful to and from the port. Staff were friendly and kind the drivers and receptionists.
The room was very dirty there was black hair everywhere in the shower, sink and even on beds. The floor was dirty and full of ants. The sink in the bathroom was clogged water wasn’t draining. The fridge wasn’t working. The shower didn’t have hot water it was lukewarm for the whole stay. The bed sheets were all stained as well.
Heaven for beach goers.
Lovely beach umbrellas and beds.
Few bar and restaurant nearby expensive though
Has a disco club nearby
This hotel stole 300 bucks from me and then told me to get over it without helping me what so ever. The staff are extremely rude and unhelpful and that's even if you can get someone on the phone. Beware and stay away from this hotel and their un-honest buisness practices.
OK hotel, but only stay here if you’re planning to party half the night at the beach club anyways. Otherwise you won’t be getting any early sleep from the music, people yelling, etc. Staff is a bit rude and unprofessional too
