Top tier on this breakfast buffet selection. Best breakfast that I've had and the service is on point. The atmosphere is very stunning and leaves you with a very satisfied feeling. Booking my honeymoon here at this resort was a great choice. I'll recommend this location to anyone wanting to visit St Thomas.

Enjoyed breakfast here 6 days in a row while staying at the Westin at Frenchman’s Reef, St. Thomas. If you have a choice between Marriot Bonvoy points at check in or breakfast at Shorebird, definitely choose the breakfast. Cost was $33 per person plus tax and gratuity. The omelette station was our absolute favorite. Lavern and her colleagues made excellent scrambled eggs with spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms and cheese daily. Many ingredients to choose from. The buffet always had a potato dish, sausage, bacon, salmon with eggs, breakfast nachos or sandwiches, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, tropical shooters, fruit, pancakes, waffles, or French toast, cereals, various breads and bagels, muffins, fruit strudels, cookies, croissants, banana bread, and so much more. Included with the buffet was juice and coffee. Service was fantastic and the views while dining are beautiful.

We attempted to eat here while visiting the island. It was the absolute worst experience of our life. We ordered our food with a server who was pleasant. Then we never saw her again. We never received our sodas, our “garlic dinner rolls” that were supposed to be served with herbed whipped butter, were missing the garlic, the whipped butter and were hard and cold. We watched as other people got up and walked out after not being not served or not receiving their meal. I saw one family who was served their food but did not have any silverware to eat it with. The table next to them literally said, “here use ours, we are leaving, apparently we are not getting our food”. We got up and left. We asked for a manager and one never showed up. We described our server to others and no one knew who we were talking about. It was absolutely awful. Quite embarrassing for the Westin brand.

Shorebird is absolutely fantastic!! They make delicious and fresh omelets right in front of you in the buffet line just how you like it! They have plenty of amazing brunch options and the drinks are also just as good. I will specifically recommend the passion fruit mimosas! Also the view is unreal… almost looks fake like a protector screen or something! 1000% recommend this place! Very very cool spot.

Group of 6 St Thomas residents. We went on a Friday morning at 9, and loved that it wasn't crowded. Reports are it can get crowded on weekends. Loved the views and how spacious it is. The 6 of us sat at a curved booth which felt more private than a regular booth. They added three chairs so it became circular seating so we could all see each other. Mia was our server, and she was the sweetest! Didn't see any tvs which was nice so you can focus on talking. The food was better than many breakfast buffets, but omelets were slow, and your server takes your order for them so you don't have to stand in a line. Those who ordered said they were bland, but I don't know how that could be fixed unless they offer stronger cheeses, hotter peppers, and dry seasonings. I think they ordered egg whites, cheese and vegetables. They had vegan options which I passed on, and one in our party didn't see the sign for vegan pastries. I think they should have vegan beans, and a bean spread toast option for vegans. Didn't notice any nuts. I drink tea, and would prefer a brand in addition to Bigelow, like maybe Tazo. I am hoping to make the Shorebirdbreakfast a monthly treat!
