Trattoria Cammillo is a beloved family-run trattoria in Florence, known for its expansive menu with delicious offerings. Reviewers praise the authentic atmosphere, kind staff, and incredible wine selection. While some found it slightly pricey compared to other options, many highlight the homemade pasta with a variety of sauces as exceptional. The blend of elegance and comfort, along with the charming interiors and extensive wine list full of Tuscan gems, make it a must-visit spot for a romantic evening or special dinner.
there’s a reason why it’s the talk of the town… try your luck and get a table whenever it’s available. pasta is all homemade and the selection of sauces is to die for. impeccable service. will come back
Loved this busy, happy, family-run place. More expansive menu than most but everything was so good. During a two month stay in Florence, we made sure to get weekly reservations here. Truly special and authentic!
Italian atmosphere, everything is fast paced, but worth the experience. The food was tasty, reasonably priced and fed us well.
The tiramisu was outstanding, definitely be prepared to wait for a table if you don't have a reservation.
It was a nice dinner for us. Carlo who was serving us was really nice and kind. Eventhough we didn’t have reservations they managed to find us a table after waiting 20 minutes. It was our first dinner in firenze. Pastas and tiramisu was amazing to taste. After spending another day in florence and trying other trattorias in town, you realize it is a bit expensive for what it is. You can easily find a similar taste in other trattorias in way cheaper prices. I only give 1 star because of the price. Thank you, It was a nice dinner anyway 😊
Great atmosphere, kind staff, and delicious food. A beautiful menu with lots of options. The wine was incredible. The seating is very close together but it somehow adds to the experience. I definitely recommend calling ahead to reserve a table. I will say there are cheaper options in Florence with very similar dishes, however, I would still recommend.
