Love these guys! We only visit York once or twice a year but end up here multiple times during our stays. Excellent (and massive) pastries, and really good coffee as well. Be warned: the sandwiches are HUGE - you might want to share!
Love the ted lasso Believe reference !! I am a cafe and bakery addict and the broccoli sandwich has changed my life (high praise from me I am picky) Imagine two slabs of the largest homemade focaccia you have ever seen in your life with chili jam, charred tender stem broccoli, baba ganoush and crunchy sunflower seeds. With olive oil. LIFE CHANGED GUYS !! Thanks for the food.
Utterly wonderful. The food is so delicious. The sandwiches are huge-very generous portions. The staff are all super lovely and friendly too. There’s a lovely park right next to it with benches looking out to the river.

The best bakery and pastries in York hands down! A weekend morning regular at this place and everything on the menu is fantastic. The variation in pastries and the quality is always spot on, fantastic service and would highly recommend to anyone in the area as a must try! More of the breakfast pastry with the nectarines please!!
