First time, and was pleasantly surprised! The pizza was really unique and good, although I'm not of a simple pizza fan, I truly enjoyed their wild selection! My unique favorite was by far the pickle cheese pizza, it was something special. Will definitely return as the crust was thin and crispy and the atmosphere is truly enjoyable. You can bring your own booze, it order from the bar, it's up to you!
Beautiful spot for outdoor dining. Misters and fans keep it cool even when it's 90+ out.
We tried the prosciutto and fig and buffalo chicken pizzas. Both were tasty and the weed and savory offset made for a great variety to share. The crust is light and airy and has that perfect amount of char from the fire oven. All the ingredients tasted fresh and delicious.
We look forward to trying some other varieties next time.
The chips and salsa was also surprisingly good. Mild and flavorful green salsa and crispy chips.
I’m from out of town, but come here at least once a year when I’m visiting family. Fire & Brimstone are pretty consistent putting out decent wood-fired pizza with some solid standard options along with unique choices like the Mediterranean with peppadew and the Fig & Prosciutto- I do agree with other reviews that that their pizza is heavy on the crust. Pizzas are “personal” size for hearty appetites, but could feed two. I LOVE their seasonal pickled vegetables- they are a perfect blend of fresh veggies, dill, and a little zip.
Pizza is about $15-20 per and a generous portion of pickled veggies are $10
It’s walk-up counter service and the ln sear yourself (inside or out). Dog friendly for outdoor seating too.
If you order gluten free- be sure they hear you. We did have a mixup.
