Grand Hyatt Seoul

Where do I even begin?! This is a 5 star hotel that delivers on point. Whether you get the river view or Seoul tower view, you won't be disappointed. Service is top notch and lounge experience (Grand Club) was wow! Highly recommend. I'll also never forget my checkout experience. The individual who checked me out, helped me with my bags and helped me get a cab quickly. Very thoughtful and kind.

Very upscale with all the amenities available which you expect from a 5 star hotel. Has beautiful garden behind the hotel. Gem and pool was amazing. Could not try sauna. Massage and barber also available. Rooms are nice with a great view of the city. Had the best shower, had so much pressure. Overall nice, cozy and very busy hotel.

I booked a Deluxe Ocean View Room, and the view was breathtaking! The room was clean, spacious, and well-decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensured a good night's sleep. The minibar was well-stocked, and the Wi-Fi was fast. However, the bathroom was slightly smaller than expected, and the water pressure in the shower could have been better.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm and attentive service. Also in general the entire hotel smells heavenly. The hospitality truly stood out—they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, and the room service was excellent. The food arrived quickly and was delicious. It’s clear the staff takes pride in what they do, and it really made a difference. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, elevated, and well-cared-for stay. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
