I generally don't eat from subway because I got sick severely nearly 6 years ago (Harlesden branch) which saw me ending up in hospital.... Nonetheless, have recently moved to Telford and my craving for a specific texture and crunch of Ice is EXTREME high right now due to pregnancy!
The 2 men who are generally always on shift have been very accommodating with this and my 3 times a week visit there. I had a sandwich this time 5/4/24 (just salad) and was okay also 😀
Really hope the ice cravings go as not exactly healthy but they definitely have not been rude or dismissive which is great...
Wouldn’t even give 1 star if that was an option! Ordered via Uber eats and received subs that were not toasted at all! Not even the patties! How can you eat this! No double cheese added when ordered! They should all be fired on the spot! Tried calling several times to complain with no answer! I will be reporting them!
Portion sizes for the waffle fries are horrendous if I'm paying over £4-£5 for a box I want it full to the top and crispy and not soggy and only half full thank you
My husband went into the restaurant, placed his order then received an important phone call. As he had placed his order, he left it with the team member and took the call. When finished on the call he returned and the team member had prepared and packed the order. However, the order was wrong in the most devastating way. The colleague had not put the correct sauces and salad on…our daughter has an egg allergy and he had put mayo on all the items!!! My husband paid and took the order not knowing, it was lucky I checked! Now I cannot contact the store as the phone just rings out! I ordered a double meat salad with no cucumber and Caesar sauce but got mayo and cucumber! And there was more lettuce and definitely not double meat. DO NOT ORDER HERE
Standard quality of food as expected at a Subway, but especially appreciated the friendliness and level of service (with a smile 😊) from the staff serving. Would be great to see outdoor seating as, after a long spout of cold and wet weather, we had a warm, partially sunny afternoon and would've just topped off a lunch outing for me!
