About
This establishment, La Boya in Ponce, Puerto Rico, is a gorgeous place with some safety concerns. However, they have a secure door operated only by their servers. It's a local establishment known for its incredibly fresh fish caught and served on the same day. They also offer SPF-safe T-shirts for sale. The fish tacos are particularly impressive, and patrons can enjoy sharing an entree. Their passion fruit mojito is exceptional and crafted with great creativity by the bartender.Reviews

A hidden gem, the atmosphere was perfect. The music was loud enough that I could enjoy it, but not too loud that I could hold a conversation without screaming. The waiters were attentive and polite. And the food was mouthwatering. Will most definitely come back. 10/10.
Found this jewel by accident. This is a seafood restaurant. Fish caught daily nice and fresh. My husband had the red snapper and our companions also had fish. Food was excellent. The tostones were freshly made and food portions were big enough for two people. We had an enjoyable late lunch.
Our waiter Hector was great! The food is FRESH and the seafood served is caught locally. We tried the cheese balls with guava, acalpurria, snapper, steak tacos, tostones, and shrimp tacos. We also tried the Ocean Mambo (local passion fruit beer) and De La Mar cocktail! 10/10! There’s also a nice park with ocean views across the street.
Loved the fish tacos (tropical). Also got Pez Globo and those were so yummy. I put them on my tacos and it was next level. Drinks are tasty and strong. It’s right across from a park and the Caribbean Sea. Parking was easy and sitting outdoor was a nice although there are a few times I felt forgotten about while outside. No complaints though because it was busy and food and drinks were fresh and 10/10.

Found ourselves in the area again and stopped in for another fantastic meal and even better service thanks to Monica. She was so kind and attentive and recommended a delicious drink “La Playa” with gin, strawberry and cucumber. It tasted like a jolly rancher. Hector was also very personable. Thank you guys for another great experience.
Laura, Chris and Monica were exceptional! Great food, service and an amazing atmosphere. They have fresh, locally caught seafood. It’s amazing! The cocktails are great too. Try “La Boya”, a light, effervescent, refreshing, spritzer like cocktail.
