Ruby Tuesday in Lecanto, FL offered a mostly enjoyable dining experience. We ordered the Ribeye and Ribs combo, and it was fantastic. The steak was cooked perfectly — tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The ribs were equally impressive, falling off the bone with a rich, smoky taste. We appreciated the option to substitute fries instead of a baked potato, and they were hot, crispy, and well-seasoned.
Our server Laura, was kind and accommodating, checking in frequently and ensuring our table had everything we needed.
The restaurant itself was active yet organized, with a clean and comfortable atmosphere that made dining pleasant.
I also ordered the Philly steak, which however, was disappointing. The hoagie was ok but the meat tasted from yesterday and bitter, lacked the rich flavor I was expecting, and the texture felt off — and underwhelming compared to the rest of our meal.
On the bright side, the drinks were refreshingly brisk, and my root beer hit the spot with its bold, satisfying taste.
Overall, Ruby Tuesday delivered an enjoyable meal with standout steaks, ribs, and friendly service. While the Philly steak didn’t meet expectations, the positive aspects still made it a worthwhile visit. I’d recommend this spot for anyone craving a hearty, satisfying meal in Lecanto.
