The Bistro at Flat Creek Estate

We visited to try the wine and pizza oven pizza. We were not disappointed. The red flight of wine was very good. The pizza options are amazing. We had the Caprese, pesto base with mozzarella and sun dries tomatoes with a balsamic swirl. The Italian dough base of the pizza was a little different but not much, and very good. It was a wonderful quiet atmosphere indoors with a fireplace. A nice variety of music. We have been there once before and wanted to go back because it was really enjoyable. Thursday seems to be a slow day, which was nice. I believe that there is live music on the weekend. December is a slow time anyway, so we really enjoy coming here during this time. They have a white wine tasting and a mix if you don’t want all red. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We will go back again.
