Bourbon Street in New Orleans is a vibrant and eclectic mix of experiences, described as simultaneously chic and seedy. Visitors mention the lively atmosphere with wild and crazy vibes, plenty of shops, delicious eateries, good music, and friendly people including adorable pups. Despite being post-tragic events, the resilience of the city shines through on Bourbon Street where people are out enjoying themselves amidst an array of activities. The street offers a little bit of everything for everyone from day to night making it a must-visit spot in NOLA.
You can't really describe Bourbon Street, you have to experience. I was there for the Superbowl so it quite packed. But still the eclectic mix of folk you would expect to be there
Definitely an experience for sure. There was a little bit of everything going on so definitely a must if you're visiting NOLA. Lots of people everywhere but everyone had a great time. No negative vibes at all. Plenty of shops, plenty of food and lots of good music.
Lots to do and lots see. Tons of delicious eateries, music, and bars. A good variety of places.
Wild n crazy. My opinion is not kid appropriate even in the daytime. B7t it is a whole vibe of enjoyment.
Great place to visit and see a lot of different things all at once. Reminded me of Nashville or the older Las Vegas strip.
