This place far exceeded my expectations. The property is gorgeous, the service is awesome - everyone is so kind, authentic, helpful, and welcoming. We enjoyed Lutti - food and drinks were fantastic, a delight. The bed was so comfy I didn’t want to get up but an early morning walk to visit the lambs lured me out. Thank you all for a memorable trip. It’s the extra touches that really stood out. I hope you keep your magic! Hard to find properties that are so well coordinated across the board with like minded people working to create an awesome guest experience. We will be back for sure!

Beautiful property. But, that can't make up for the horrible customer service and communication. They will sell you a pretty picture of what they can provide and fail to deliver or even communicate. Save yourself the stress and go to the Four Seasons or a real luxury hotel that prides itself on good service, especially if planning an event. I wish I would've listened to others advice before getting my hopes up on them. Huge disappointment! Show less

Went to Lutie's for birthday brunch, and it exceeded expectations. The old Hollywood opulent vibe was perfect. The menu, service, and atmosphere are top-notch. We're going back for evening cocktails at the bar and brunch on the patio in warmer weather.

I was recently on a business trip and meeting at this property and got deathly sick after eating there. The property was the only place I had eaten as of recent when I got sick. It appeared to be food poisoning after eating sausage from their location. The sausage appeared and tasted undercooked; however, I only ate one piece (stopping immediately). I notified the property and received a call a few days after I left asking about the event. The property offered me a free meal for the inconvenience. After expressing my disappointment in their response it was clear they didn’t care. They did say that the General Manager would call me. That was weeks ago and still waiting. This was a horrible experience and even worse response from the property. They took no accountability and thought they were a hero for offering me a free meal. Haha - maybe they just wanted to finish me off with more food. Regardless, I won’t be back and would never recommend.

I must start by expressing my deepest gratitude to the incredible staff—Santiago, Phil, April, Jordan, and others whose names I didn’t catch—who made our experience unforgettable. The level of service we received was exceptional, making this the best resort or hotel experience we've ever had. The Cypress suite was stunning, and the entire property was breathtaking. The suite lived up to every expectation set by the photos and descriptions, offering a serene and peaceful environment. The grounds reminded us of our visit to Versailles in France, showcasing the meticulous care of the groundskeepers. Special thanks to the person who set up our picnic; it was perfect for the proposal, and she ensured everything was beautifully arranged and promptly taken down afterward. I worked closely with concierge to plan the surprise proposal, and his attentiveness and communication were exceptional. The front desk staff was equally welcoming, showing us to our room and introducing us to the property’s amenities. The romantic turn-down service, room service breakfast, and fresh peaches from the neighboring wine country added to the dreamlike quality of our stay. I must also commend the valet team. They were outstanding, keeping the proposal a secret and providing impeccable service every time we interacted with them. We look forward to returning. Thank you to the incredible team for providing us a memory of a lifetime.
