I've been eating their chicken teriyaki since I was a kid. 2 scoops of sauce is a must. They are still around and still tasty even though prices have gone up. I'm posting to add pictures of the menu because the ones I saw were not legible. I wanted to compare prices from Sarku's app vs in person. After driving to the mall, I realized they are the same. Only the delivery apps have higher prices. 3/27/2024
This people say they open at 1100 it was 1117 i was still standing in front of the counter waiting for them to open. The worker telling me they are short staff. As a customer how is this my problem? If you can’t open at 1100 update your hours.
Update 2: now it is 1130 and i am still standing at the counter waiting. At this point I want to see at what time they will come get my order
Horrible experience!!!! Rude employees and manager!! How about checking your camera for the interaction I had with them today! Just know if your order food online, you will get a smaller portion because of the container they use but you will still pay full price! (Yes I compared it) this is the first time I heard “you get this when you order online so don’t order online” I even asked them to put it in the normal Togo plate because I spent $43 and I wanted all my food and the cook said he wasn’t going to serve me because I was going back and forth with the manager (very unprofessional and need to be retrained on customer service) and the other two females. It was me against 4 of your employees because I wanted what I paid for and you argue with me? Yes I argued with them after they proceeded to try and gang up on me!! I asked for the corporate office number and the GM and I was refused!! If you don’t like your job, quit!! Do better and actually fix your website so people know that they will receive less food because they’re ordering online!!!! I still expect a callback that I requested when I called the 888 number!!
The chicken and vegetables were good. But the Rice, was absolutely terrible. It’s usually a favorite and I eat here a lot. But the rice this time was clumpy and mushy and tasted awful. Couldn’t eat it and makes the plate not even worth getting cuz the rice is most of the plate. Hope this gets fixed.
Served shellfish contaminated food after alerting them of shellfish allergy.
Ordered the chicken teriyaki meal, advised the lady taking order that I have a severe shellfish allergy. She notifies the cook. The cook has chicken and shrimp cooking on the flat top next to each other. He removed the shrimp from the cooktop then proceeded to put the chicken that was cooking next to the shrimp on my plate and thought this was ok. I guess if the food the customer is allergic to is out of sight then it’s safe. Despite them being cooked together on the same cook top. Did not offer cook fresh chicken that had not been contaminated. Extremely poor food safety training.
