Of all days to expect terrible service, I would if thought St. Patrick's Day at midnight would be it. I was gladly surprised and mistaken. The staff was super friendly and treated us like we were at a 5 star restaurant. Almost immediately, I mean less than 10 seconds after paying for our food, I got our order, Hot and Ready! It was delicious, well made, and tasted amazing. The best midnight snack after a long night out. I will return to this location for the soul fact that I was pleasantly surprised by everything going so well!
The food was not good. Ordered a McRib and when I got to my car and opened it was like it was soooo old, even though I had to wait for them to make it. Sauce was old and hard. Couldn’t even eat that. The worst part was that while I was there I needed to wash my hands while I’m waiting and lady says I have to buy something, well clearly I was waiting for food with my family. Told the lady the tall lady with braids there was no soap and she told my son, well we don’t have anymore.. what???? How do you have a restaurant with no soap. So after further investigation I noticed that the dispenser was broken that’s all but we had to figure it out ourselves. Then I see a man come walk around with soap after. So she lied?? And just didn’t want to fix the issue. Definitely won’t visit this McDonald’s again when we are in town visiting SCAD.
June 8,2025 I visited McDonald's,I'm on vacation had to walk nine minutes to get there, 😞 the manager melekeeha didn't repeat my order ,had a stink attitude,the restaurant was dirty even the bathroom my fries wasn't fresh at all I spent 16 dollars 💵 for my food looks like the grease want clean either sloppy attitude,he talks back , doe. sn't listen to the customer ,Soggy fries 🍟 I didn't have time to argue he needs to check his attitude ,my burger is dry they don't check temp on food serving bad too ,my bread is burnt also

Wish I could give this 0 stars but unfortunately that’s not an option. The workers are extremely rude, roll their eyes at you, and speak in an extremely disgusting tone toward customers. On top of the appalling attitude this is quite the opposite of fast food. I waited almost half an hour for chicken nuggets. They gave us this drink then proceeded to tell us it was our fault for not drinking it quick enough. She agreed to give us a new one while rolling her eyes with a disrespectful tone. If you’re on vacation looking for a quick meal, go to sit down restaurant as it will be half the wait and kinder service.

horrible! ordered on the kiosk. took almost 20 minutes. incredibly rude staff. no drink, no straw, no condiments. had to ask for all. no hello, no goodbye, no thank you, nothing. walked back to hotel, McCrispy sandwich ordered for my kid was actually spicy which she couldn’t eat. called the place to ask for a refund and Julia, the manager, refused to assist unless we leave our hotel and walk back with the food, even though I have pictures of the order and the incorrect food. Gross, do not go
