This restaurant provides a good overall experience. I can say that the atmosphere is very nice and the service really does its job, all the members are attentive and professional. The food was up to par, with anchovies, olives and eggplant as starters, and the Bolognese cavatelli was memorable. All this accompanied by an excellent bottle of wine. In general, a great meal. However, I must mention that the pizzas do not meet the standard of the rest of the menu, although the dough was rich and light. Just come and enjoy.

Nice little place. Quite trendy for now. Been here a few times already. The pizzas are really good. The cocktails are made well. Service has always been great. The place is really nice. It's great for a nice evening without feeling stuffy. The honey cake seems to be highly recommended, but we found it a little dry. Overalls, it is a great experience and we will continue to visit.

Our first time here, on a recommendation by our kids. We sat outside on a beautiful evening. Jennifer was amazing, she was funny, attentive, and agreed with our kids recommendations for what to order. The food was amazing, hot, delicious and had us overeating our usual portions. The complimentary bubbly wine was a nice ice breaker but the complimentary mint ice cream at the end was over the top delicious and unexpected, thank you Jennifer!!!

I really liked everything we ate at Rosie Cannonball. You start with a splash of Lambrusco which is such a party. We had the Grilled Napa Cabbage which had this savory green sauce and roasted pistachios. I highly recommend. The Cacio e Pepe Pizza was so umami with a perfectly baked crust that had a nice crunch while still being a tender bread. I had the Chicken Basquaise that had tart braised tomatoes and butter roasted potatoes. Just an extremely well cooked chicken that was still moist. I couldn’t resist the Honey Cake, but my hot take is that it’s not the best dessert on the menu. That goes to the Pear Tatin, which was the surprise dish of the night. It might have been my favorite bite of the night.

Visited Feb 2025 with friends Food: We ordered the bruschetta appetizer, 3 pizzas (Italian beef, mushroom, and cacio e Pepe) and two pastas (bucatini and cavatelli). Pasta tastes fresh and handmade. Pizza was super tasty - just wish there weren’t as many charred black pieces. Overall food is not greasy or excessively salty and tasted like fresh, quality ingredients. Service was great. We had folks in our party trickle in after our reservation time and they were very accommodating. Service was attentive. There were a couple service hiccups (bringing bread without bruschetta) but there was someone new training that day. The interior and exterior, where we were seated, were both well-designed and felt modern.
