If you want to be stuck in the middle of your treatment as this clinic has the ability to not provide you with paperwork you need for your insurance THIS IS THE RIGHT PLACE! First, I will start with the way I have been treated at two out of four my appointments I had. I came to the clinic at the time of my appointment and for two times it happened that a receptionist (she said usually she is not doing receptionist work) took somebody else instead of me and I had to wait another 30 minutes without even being told that I will have to wait or an apology. It happened ones, as I’ve been told only after I asked that I am waiting for longer than 10 minutes and how long will take for my appointment to take place, they pretended that the receptionist took somebody by mistake. I understood and thought things happen. Then, second time I am coming for my appointment told to seat as they will take me shortly and that shortly took 20 mins (exactly the time for a treatment) and there was no excuse or any updates when they will take me. At the last appointment when everything went smoothly and on time, I understood that whose couple messed up appointments where because of the receptionist who took a not insured client on purpose over someone who came through insurance. That was a strategy. Therefore, I have emailed the clinic for providing some paperwork for my insurance and they have delayed my treatment for 3 weeks now, and still without anything in return. Probably this is the policy of the clinic to treat differently people who are insured. Just AVOID. P.S.: i am writing this review at 4AM just because every time my back hurts (and my back hurts at this time) I remember of you delaying my further treatment!
