Gift & Specialty Shops
Jim Gray's Petrified Wood Co is a haven for rock and fossil enthusiasts, offering an extensive array of petrified wood, fossils, and minerals. From small trinkets to sizable pieces of petrified wood, the shop boasts a diverse selection. Visitors are impressed by the museum-quality collection on display, which includes collectibles, artifacts, and fossils not available for purchase. Customers also appreciate the reasonable prices compared to other similar establishments.
They probably got better collection of Petrified wood than what the National park has to offer! Good collection of jewelry, crafts, fridge magnets, Route 66 merchandise. Petrified wood showpieces in NP visitor center were overpriced compared to the pricing here!

Coveniently located near the entrance to the Petrified Forest, this huge shop offers a wide variety of items including raw materias as well as finished goods. The shop has many interesting displays including the fossil of Wild Bill the alligator, vintage toys, insects and native artifacts. It us a good place to grab souveniers fro the area. Enjoy the photo ops outside with donosaur statues. Plenty of free parking and clean restrooms.

This place is a must see store! Thousands of items to look at for sale… massive, whole petrified wood logs, beautiful displays of rough & polished petrified wood slabs, huge log pieces down to small pieces the size of a quarter. All different types of gem quality rocks & minerals and collectibles, rough and polished. Absolutely AMAZING store! We went shortly before closing time and wanted to spend way more time there!

Even if you aren't planning to stay a few days here on your road trip, you have got to stop here if you're passing through on your way to your next destination. It is an insanely cool gift shop, this place is nowhere close to your ordinary tourist trap. This place has a private collection not for sale as a museum and it is simply a must-see... furthermore, its a way to get a quick look at what the petrified forest national park has to offer, without making the time to spend a couple days exploring it. Furthermore, the items they have for sale are actually incredibly special... they have genuine fossils, geodes, and petrified wood for sale. The petrified wood and some of the fossils and geodes have been polished or processed in some way that makes them even more visually stunning than normal. The small museum is packed with prehistoric rarities and artifacts. Their main attraction is a complete or very near-complete alligator fossil skeleton found in Florida. The other fossils are also extremely impressive, I cant spoil too much... so check it out if you can or view the photos people leave on here.

An awesome place to get souvenirs from. Some things cost a pretty penny because well, petrified wood is rare. I don’t mind the prices, but the service and atmosphere were so good! The staff were very nice and smart, and the shop was beautiful and also had great merchandise. I bought 3 necklaces, a ring, and some magnets. I wasn’t able to take a picture of the collection or the alligator fossil, or the pond, but I was able to take pictures of some things. Check out this place, it’s a must.

If you are into rocks and minerals this is the place to visit. There are so many different options and at the very least, it has a very cool museum with lots of collectibles, artifacts, fossils, etc that aren’t even for sale. I was so impressed with this place that I came back a second time with a friend who uses rocks and minerals for healing. We overheard people talking about how much they overpaid at the previous place they stopped by. They couldn’t get over how good these prices were. I happen to agree. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and it was such a pleasure buying from this store. Definitely worth a stop by if you are in the area. Not too far from Petrified Forest National Park.

This place is amazing! There are a lot of cool items, and the staff are very friendly. They had a lot of interesting items on display, and its definitely worth visiting to get some great crystals and fossils. I had fun just walking around and looking, and also bought a shark tooth and some rocks and petrified wood. There is a huge selection, and I added some photos of things that caught my eye.

Who knew a trip to Holbrook, Arizona could turn you into a stone-cold fan of petrified wood? Well, Jim Gray's Petrified Wood Co did exactly that! This place isn't just a store; it's a wonderland for anyone who appreciates the art of nature frozen in time. Walking in, I was greeted by a forest of petrified wood that could rival the actual Petrified Forest National Park. I mean, the collection is so extensive, I half-expected to see a petrified squirrel holding a tiny petrified acorn! From monumental logs that made me feel like a Lilliputian in Gulliver's Travels to itty-bitty pieces perfect for my pocket, they've got every size for every enthusiast. But wait, there's more! Wander into their special fossil section, and it's like stepping back a few million years. The fossils are so impressive; I half-expected a dinosaur to stroll in asking for directions to the nearest tar pit. Some of these fossils are so huge, they make you wonder how they ever fit them through the door. In conclusion, if you're looking to add a bit of prehistoric pizzazz to your life or just want to have a 'rockin' good time, Jim Gray's Petrified Wood Co in Holbrook is the place!!

History Museums
The Navajo County Historical Society in Holbrook is a must-visit for history enthusiasts. The museum showcases the rich history of the area, from Native American tribes to pioneers who settled in the late 1800s. Housed in what used to be the jail, the museum offers a diverse collection of artifacts and exhibits representing various eras, providing visitors with a comprehensive understanding of the region's past.
Such a cool place to visit with kids and friends. I was blown away by the size of the building and all the historical value and history that is present in every corner. From a post office to a courthouse, and even a jail. Such a cool place and the staff benders are super friendly and attentive. They answer your questions and yell your fun stories
Roberto F — Google review
I've been to the museum a few times, and they're always updating it. We enjoyed our last visit. The jail was creepy but interesting. There is so much to learn about Holbrook.
Jennifer Y — Google review
I found so many interesting things about the Wild West, things that are not told in public schools or any school.
Jean W — Google review
This is an awesome little museum packed with many exhibits reflecting the area. Spent about an hour or so looking at all the exhibits. The museum is in the old county courthouse. There was no fee to enter but there is a donation box on site. This location also serves as a visitor center. Overall, a very well put together museum.
Thomas X — Google review
Great time capsule of life along Route 66 in the last 200 years. No admission fee, donation. Clean old school bathrooms.
David T — Google review
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this museum. A lot of history and a lot of artifacts. Take a step back in time when you walk into the courtroom, the judge's chamber, and the jury room. Be sure to go downstairs and check out the jail. The admission is free, but please make a donation.
Judy ( — Google review
The items they have here are so cool, I dont want to upload images because that would spoil the surprise... but i will say that the museum is in the old city hall and accepts donations with free admission. great for vacationing on a budget. Going through the doors of this place is like travelling back in time. Even if youre just passing through the area, i would encourage you to stop here if you have a chance even if only for an hour or so. Theres a huge amount of stuff in there and a lot of it is very well preserved and visually impressive to look at. Theres also some surprising and funny items on display.
Chris D — Google review
The old courthouse turned museum is a must see! The old jail is so chilling emotionally it made me feel goose bumps. It's very dark and heavy in there. It instantly makes you think of how depressing and uncomfortable jail was for an inmate. It was creepy but an interesting piece of Holbrook history that has been maintained for us to experience today. Once you walk out of there you walk through the rest of the courthouse and you can't help but admire the height of the ceilings and doors. There are all sorts of history that is worth seeing!

Bar
Empty Pockets Saloon in Holbrook is a popular spot with pool tables, a jukebox, and friendly bartenders. It's a family-owned western saloon offering a wide selection of drinks at fair prices. Visitors can enjoy playing pool and hanging out with the welcoming locals. The bar also has a package liquor license, allowing customers to purchase alcohol to go as long as it remains unopened.
This will be a must stop for us in the future. We were looking for a place to watch NFL games, and walked in to see our home team on the screen. They have two sets of games, plus NFL red zone for viewers. There is no shortage of good beer, plus our server made an awesome Cosmo.
Rox B — Google review
Went on Saturday Night. Great music and great vibe. The people there make you feel welcomed like it is your regular place. Rachel, bartender will pour you a full beer and is pretty lady too. 100% will stop in anytime I am that way again

Us siblings journeyed to Holbrook for a view of a property nearby. The property we viewed turned out to be disappointing. However, we made the best of this little town to visit. We stopped in Empty Pockets Saloon and met Coleen, the Bartende. She also works at the DMV. Wow! She was very cool. We had a blast playing pool and listening to music. A great time. The only downside is no barfood. Not even wings. Ouch! Most likely, we won't be back due to not living close by. But it's a great place for locals.

Stopped on a whim after the petrified forest. Shar was great, the only one working, she was the cook, bartender, everything. Bloody Mary was good n spicy, Burger was good, they have tater tots! I would recommend and go again.

I really like this place, it's low key, easy going. They have a f ew bar food munchies like chips, hot dogs and nachos. They have two pool tables, lottery games, and a "Jukebox " which you can play music with cash or if you download the app. Clean restrooms, Clean bar, friendly bar tender. And amazing DJ's that do karaoke and song requests.

Loved it. Made some friends in there. The bartenders did a great job. I thought the prices were better than average

Out-of-Towners must not be welcome. We can't answer how the drinks or food were. There were 10 people in the whole place and 2 servers; we waited 15 min for service and ended up leaving.

Was on a cross country motorcycle trip. Stopped in Holbrook for a hotel for the night. Empty Pockets was right across the street. Went in and had a great time after a long day on the road. The bartender was Rachel and she was fantastic. A few locals in there and they were pleasant and welcoming. Did not disappoint. Matter of fact, this place goes on the list of revisits if in the area again!

Allows overnight stalling for horses and livestock, $10/head The place has potential but there seems to be no one willing to clean up. I found the corrals to be better than the stalls, and luckily I travel with my own pitch fork 😉 Beware that it is right next to VERY active train tracks

Not very good staff, really sad grounds , and they take in a lot of money, already sponsored by the government. " Why don't we just set up these large noisy smelly Diesel generators right here next to the picnic tables where people are eating their $30-$50+trailer food meals near the street light we're to lazy to fix so we can have a little light-" attitude, very thoughtless people.

A big shout out to Mike Greaves for keeping the rodeo arena and turn out pen in top shape. Mike and Jose work harder than anyone else I've encountered there. We need to keep these hardworking men.
Beverlee C — Google review
Bought tickets to rodeo, there were no available seats so my 78 year old husband and myself stood in the standing crowd for the 2 hours of the rodeo. Seems to me, they should know how many the rodeo bleachers hold and not over sell the seating. Would of been more pleasant to have been seated instead of standing trying to see what was happening in the arena.

Cafe
Long-standing restaurant preparing homemade red & green chile, Mexican standards & American dishes.
Joe and Aggie's in Holbrook, Arizona is a staple & a gem. The rich history matches the flavor of the Mexican American cuisine. I ordered a chicken green chile combination plate. Food was fresh, hot, and flavorful. The perfect amount of spicy and savory. Sopapilla was made when I ordered it, and, man, was it tasty with the recommended honey. I also had a bowl of ice cream to top it off. Service was 10/10. Had a lovely waitress who was hardworking and kind. When i went to pay for my meal, Steve at the cash register took the time out to teach me about the history of his grandparents' creations.

This place is great! All the bad reviews about this place must have come from very picky people . It's a diner and they serve great diner food. To me diner food is about authenticity, service, price and portions. This place did every one of those things very well. Go for the hospitality. Honestly we havent felt a warmth and friendliness at this level before. They truly treat you like friends and you can really feel their genuine smiles at this place. It's a historic spot where the movie Cars got a lot of references from. The owner was there and his mom and dad and the restaurant itself were direct inspirations for the movie.
Ian M — Google review
I must admit, I thought this place was closed when I walked past at 7pm on a Saturday - but I tried the door, and it was open, and I'm glad it was. Fine dining this is not, but nor is it expensive. In fact, it's an absolute bargain. For $12 I had the combination plate and a beer, and I didn't leave hungry. Actually it was rather good. If you find yourself in Holbrook (I was at the Wigwam Motel), then you really should come here.
Tony J — Google review
Remember Cars? This is the place where it happened. The place is just fantastic. Right off the Route 66. It's a small place but you can get lost for hours inside it. Takes you down the memory lane. If you are a Cars fan, you should stop by. Trust me. The owners give you a small tour if you ask. They will tell you stories about the movie as well. It's beautiful.
Vishaal Z — Google review
really loved the owner and his dad who started the restaurant in 1942... also made famous by the Disney Pixar Cars movie.
Rick K — Google review
Friendly staff and I enjoyed the food. I'm all for Route 66 retro decor, but the seat of booth we sat in had a significant hole that needs repair, and their "office" the first booth when you walk in looks like a nest, or the start of someone developing a hoarding disorder. If they spend a bit of money and time fixing and tidying things up, this would be a 5-star cafe.
Janelle W — Google review
Like another reviewer wrote - it's a diner and if you are looking for a 5 star meal then this is not your kind of place. Waitress was friendly and helpful and kept the coffee cup filled. Wonderful breakfast. I had huevos rancheros with red sauce - first time I've had refried beans at breakfast. My wife had chorizo and eggs - very good. Red sauce, refried beans, tortilla and sopapillas had to be homemade. Conversation with a young helper was fun. He proclaimed, "this is Radiator Springs!" from the Cars movie. When I'm back in the area I will stop again for something on the lunch menu (probably a Navajo taco).
Chad B — Google review
Great spicy food. The Grand Canyon amber ale beer was really nice. The dark side of this visit was the waitress, she was really rude acting as she didn't want to serve us.

Steak house
Out of this world, everything about this place absolutely rocks. I never saw the bathroom, but i assume its very clean from the level of care and patience the staff showed. The food is actually just next level, ive never seen anything like this eating out before. They cook steak over wood fires (weather permitting and seasonal) and the salad bar is small but has a good variety of ingredients and sauces... the restaraunt itself is practically a museum/time capsule with all the stuff on the walls... you could probably spend at least 2 whole hours just reading the information and looking at the photos, paintings, and posters. If you're in the area, it is so incredibly worth it to stop here. You can expect to pay more than you'd pay at somewhere like Cheddar's or Chilli's or simillar chain locations, but this is a unique restaraunt with incredible food and incredible decoration and history... you would be doing yourself a disservice if you had the chance to check this place out and didn't do it.
Chris D — Google review
The building is old but nicely decorated and has lots of interesting old western facts next to the booths. However, the food is terrible. For those prices, the food was expected to be astronomically better. Mozzarella Sticks + Teriyaki Chicken + Spaghetti + 1 Lemonade = $61.50 (Steak is $30. Last time I went here with family I got the Ribeye and for $30 I was basically robbed. Very VERY plain and bare bottom steak. I came back with my husband to give them the benefit of the doubt, bad choice.) It really felt like a lot of it could’ve been bought at walmart and poorly prepared. The mozzarella sticks tasted like they were bought in the frozen section at any store and reheated. I got the spaghetti and although it came with a much bigger portion than I expected it to, it tasted like the sauce was canned. The garlic bread was their bread rolls with garlic butter on them, but I tasted no garlic. Very plain. My husband got the teriyaki chicken. For his dish being more expensive than mine, we’re both severely disappointed. It looks like most of the meal is missing from the plate. The chicken was basically the size of two slightly bigger chicken nuggets. The sauce wasn’t tasty either. If you want to spend a lot of money on walmart level food but have a cute place to look at, come here. Service was really great though. Very nice staff/owner. Only bad thing about this place is the food. The very expensive prices would be justified if the food was actually good and more seasoned.

I've been stopping here for years, as in decades. Not sure what happened in the last 10 years or so, but very disappointing. Atmosphere still wonderful but rolls we're still partially uncooked. Salad bar was left over from the day before and the steak ordered medium rare was barely even Brown and raw. Flavor was good though. Inedible and definitely not worth the price!

Port in a storm. Holbrook AZ over Thanksgiving weekend. My trout was decent and my friend had wings, which were good. A tad over priced BUT I'll pay it to keep small business open!

Stopped here after Petrified Forest NP, upon a recommendation from our local hotel staff. The ambiance was great, cowboy steakhouse for sure. The food was ok, I got a steak with home made mashed potatoes and gravy. It was good, but I was expecting a little better for the price. As an East coaster, service was slow, very slow, and the place was not busy whatsoever.
R.J. F — Google review
Was driving through, looking for a place to grab a steak and it popped up, so we gave it a try. I love mom and pop places to eat at. If I had had gone in the bathroom first however, I would have not eaten there. The bathroom needs to have the pipes cleaned or a drain trap put it.. The waitress was great!, she was very knowledgeable and friendly. I ordered the teriyaki sirloin steak, it didn’t seem to be marinated, just sauce poured on top. The salad bar was supplied well with all the expected items. They did have very good rolls, they were delicious. The prices seemed too high on the steaks, $31 for a 10oz. Sirloin.. My son got spaghetti, it was a large portion heaped on a large plate. He enjoyed it, said the sauce was good, took half of it with him for later. He really enjoyed the garlic rolls, they were dinner rolls with garlic and butter, he said they were delicious. $18 for the spaghetti. Food was pretty good, but the smell in the bathroom is disgusting.

Loved the full salad bar! The place smelled delicious and it was all very clean. Wish I remembered our waitress name, she was attentive and very polite. (From CA) After a long day of travel it was nice to have such a wonderful evening. We had the beef ribs and a bottle of wine with our two salad bars. Plenty of food for two.

Mexican restaurant
Classic Mexican, Southwestern & American eats, plus beer & wine, served in an easygoing atmosphere.
We went during off season & a week day, so were seated right away. When busy, a wait is expected! All items are made fresh when ordered, as it states on the menu. Friendly staff, great service. This was THE best Mexican we have ever had. The fresh salsa with the chips was amazing. A bit of spice, but excellent. The shredded beef chimichanga with red sauce was incredible. The seasoning in the meat was so so good. Highly recommend this stop!

Stopped here for a quick bite! Ended up having a full dinner course. Enchilada plate was great. Good flavor and quality ingredients. Friendly staff. And beautiful decor
Roberto F — Google review
We initially had just some chips and salsa. The chip ball was overflowing, and the salsa is very unique, somewhat spicy, came in a large bowl. We ordered this chimichanga to split it, the shredded beef was tender and moist. My girlfriend had a pear margarita and said that it tasted good. I can definitely say a similar meal in California, with a couple beers at the margarita, would easily be 60+ dollars. We were out the door for $41, including 18% tip. We went here on a recommendation from a ranger roll visiting the Petrified Forest. I'll normally say, yeah good place to go. So when I say highly recommended, I mean most definitely way above average. Pic says it all 😄. Two of us, yes, but she only had like a third of the chimichanga. And we are totally stuffed.

Our table had Navajo tacos with green chili and enchiladas with red chili. Everything was absolutely delicious. Very good chips and salsa as well. However, I am sticking with 3 stars as we waited an hour for our food. The server did really well with our drinks and chips and salsa refills, but the kitchen just took too long.

Romo's offers a delicious selection of American and Mexican fare. I enjoyed the Mexican country-fried steak (something I've never even heard of before) with green and red chili sauce on top, served with a side of rice and beans and a homemade warm tortilla. The tortilla was so sweet and thick, almost like a pancake. It was more than I could stomach, I was stuffed- especially after enjoying the chips and salsa. Though the salsa was spicier than most I've tried in restaurants, it slows the pace of eating the chips, saving room for the meal. My date ordered the chicken chimichanga and said it's the best he's ever had. Expect to wait- servers and signs on the wall explain there is always a wait because everything is made fresh and in-house. It is definitely worth the wait. Brittany served our dinner and was friendly and made great recommendations. We came here after our visit to Petrified Forest NP on our way back to our hotel. When looking for parking, we noticed a Christmas celebration going on in the town square, directly across from Romo's. So we enjoyed that first and walked across the street for dinner. That helped make our visit feel less tourist-y and more like a regular dining in.

I was a little uncertain on where to go for good food in this town but the front desk lady at my hotel suggested Romo’s so I went for it. So glad I did. I went with the shredded beef chimi with red sauce based off of reviews and it was so good. I ate every single bite even though the portion was very generous. Margarita was good too. Would definitely recommend to others and return if ever back in the area

I cannot recommend this place. We were there and the first clue that we should have left is no one really cared if we had a table to sit at . Finally, we were seated. We were seated and multiple servers walked right past us . We had to stop someone to even get a drink and chips and salsa. We sat there a while then had to stop someone else to take our order. By this time ,we had been seated 30 minutes. We placed our order. We then sat another 30 minutes and then inquired about our food with THREE different people . We never got our answer or our food. We tried to pay for the drinks and the response to that was “just go” !! The atmosphere felt as if visitors were not welcome in their town! So, if you visit there, I would try another place who might appreciate the customer and the business they bring !

Multiple Reviews: Review Number 1 August 13 2024 Review Number 2 August 30 2024 ‐----------------------------------------------------------------- Review Number 1 August 13 2024 I come through Holbrook, AZ, monthly. I've stopped at this Carl's Jr. a few years ago and swore I'd never come back. Yesterday afternoon, I stopped here and upon walking inside I saw two people were working... one lady "Charlotta" who visibly appeared not to be a pleasant person and a gentleman working the kitchen area. I asked "Charlotta" if they were offering any burger specials, and she disgustingly pointed to a small sign showing three offerings. I let her know which two burgers I wanted, and I specifically mentioned "extra onions" three times. She walked away to go to the drive-thru register, and on her way, she said something to the kitchen guy. When I got my receipt from her, I noticed it didn't have a note to add extra onions. I figured she must have told the cook. How could she forget I asked for those extra onions - having said it three times because she sure acted like she didn't hear me. Not once did she smile. She just had a face of a miserable person, and her body language and robotic moves indicated I was bothering her from counting out the walk-up register. I was handed my bag, with some grunting noise that wasn't any kind of language I could understand, and I left. I went to my hotel for the evening and opened the bag, and you can see the results for yourself in the pictures below. My burgers sure as hell don't even look like the presentation, nor did I get my da%$ onions. Your results may vary. Next time...I'll just go back to the Aliberto's and blow $17.00 on Nachos or go back to the awesome Colonel Mustard Hot Dogs down the street. ‐----------------------------------------------------------------- Review Number 2 August 31 2024 I decided to come back and give this Carl's Jr. another shot at "Customer Service." This time, I was greeted by an apparent favorite in the reviews - "Kathalena". Kathalena was great. Awesome customer service, and she even showed me the app, and it appears to have great meal values to choose from... What people write about her shows that she is definitely an asset to the business, and she needs to know how much of a positive contribution she offers to the establishment. Wallace is also doing a great job. My burgers were great. Sure, they can't assemble them to look like the pictures, but my taste buds say the job was done right. Thank you, Kathalena and Wallace. You both deserve the 5 stars for this particular visit.

I have food allergies and have been on the road for days. This has been the best quick meal I’ve had on my cross-country trip. Service was friendly and quick and they made me a lettuce wrapped burger that was so perfect I did a little happy dance. Super satisfied with my experience at this location!

Amazing what the prices are now. I thought the price posted was for a combo meal. It was just for the sandwich and the fries and soda DOUBLED the price. We were lucky to get the right food. While waiting, 2 people came up and had gotten wing products. One lady wanted a wrap and got a burger. Not sure what she was charged for.

Waited ten minutes in the drive through waiting to pick up a mobile order, and the line didn't move. I went inside finally, and was ignored for another ten minutes before someone finally talked to me. Even though my food should have been ready ten minutes before, they hadn't even started it. It took another five minutes for a total of 30 minutes for this "fast food."

The automatic machine taking the order even repeated my order back to me and they still got it wrong. I'm driving thru town on my way back to Texas and ain't gonna turn around but basically paid 8 dollars for a cheeseburger. Do better! we pay you for a service... do it!

The hamburgers are awesome. They hit the spot. Not like the other stores with greasy hamburger and buns with their weird clown.

Dairy Queen is a nostalgic fast-food haven that brings out the kid in everyone. Known for its delightful soft-serve ice cream and signature shakes, this classic chain also serves up tasty burgers and fries. The friendly staff ensures quick service, making it an ideal spot for a satisfying meal or a sweet treat. Don't miss their New York blizzard cheesecake or the caramel heath brownie cupfection—both are crowd favorites!
This is without a doubt the best DQ I’ve ever been too. I was brought here because my spouse told me she had been there when she was younger and claimed it was a special DQ and that it just had the best ice cream. So when we went I got food and ice cream! IT WAS AMAZING!! The BBQ strips were so good and the shake I got just hit different ! We will now make it a tradition to stop there ever time we drive through

Very disappointed. The parking lot is small and hard to navigate. The building is super small The bathrooms were clean tho whish is good. My blizzard was melted and the didn't go their signature flip, and my chicken stops were gross each time I took a bite there was skin on the chicken strip. So I had to take the skin off which made the breading come off. I wouldn't recommend the cheese curds they were burnt and barely any cheese in them. They also had very little staff so we waited about 30 minutes for our food.

Found a bread tie in my food. They would not do anything about it but give me a partial refund. Nor would they give me corporate number. Nor get the manager

Dropped in to use the bathroom on our travels and to get food....Shift team was not that busy, no one in the restaurant, just thru the drive thru. Team spent a lot of time on their phones, not really into it. Cook was on target with the food....fryer oil needs to be changed in that place..but it was good enough for a to go order for us to get back on the road, and the staff back to there phones. Who was in charge there? No one seemed to really stand out...the Cook was the Cook though...

Very old, outdated building and the lady at the window is not open to outsiders or friendly at all at all. And I get my dog pop cups everywhere. They charge me 55 cents and she wanted me to pay almost $3 for a little tiny cap full of a not even quarter of a cup of ice cream. I was trying to be friendly to her, and she just grunted and shrugged me off lake. Go away, okay so I did.I will stop in payson. When I told her that they only charged me 55 cents in Payson, that I will go there. They're a lot friendlier to. O she threw her shoulders shrugged, her shoulders, threw her hands up like I don't care, go away, really? I did and I won't stop back here again. Totally hateful towards those that aren't from their rez.

Why is y'all's phone number on line but when you call in to all a question, I'm sorry your call can't be completed?! This crap is why well organized tourists don't stop in this beautiful town because they can't even confirm that a place is open!

Awesome experience. Really friendly cashiers and cooks. Always smiling :-) Food was fresh and tasty and not too greasy. Ice cream was smooth and creamy and sweet!! Extremely clean dining room and bathrooms. Don't forget to ask about the history.
